*On the death certificate of James Hendry (m. to Christian Hutchison) the names of father and son are spelt 'Henrey'. Both are described as farm servants.

Described as a domestic servant on her son's death certificate.
James & Margaret not described as deceased in 1868.

Christina Hutchison's 1st husband, James Hendry (Henry), was born June 27, 1841 in Longside, Aberdeenshire to James Hendry, a Farmer, and Margaret Milne, a Domestic Servant.

Christina & James also had a daughter from their marriage, besides their son, James; Mary Ann Henry (Hendry) was born May 11, 1867 at Burnhead, Cruden and died February 21, 1869 at Burnhead. At that time Christina's husband, James, was deceased so I suspect he died in 1868.

I do have a death record for a James Hendry in 1868. There are only 2 James Hendrys that died at that time...and it could be him....but I'll hold off until I have absolute proof.

Re the previous info I sent you.....that when Mary Ann Hendry died her uncle, George Hutchison, was the informant.
